What We Do
RightSource was established to enhance fairness and inclusivity in access to technology careers. As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, we reinvest all surplus funds into providing free and subsidized coaching, mentoring, and training for individuals facing obstacles to employment and advancement.
Our Community Mission
As a Community Interest Company, we aim to widen access to career opportunities for people who are underrepresented or disadvantaged. We work with individuals who have the potential to succeed but lack access to the guidance, confidence, networks or training required to move forward. All surplus generated through our work is reinvested into free and subsidised community programmes.

Young people not in education, employment or training (NEET)
-
Unemployed adults seeking to retrain or return to work
-
Women facing disadvantage or barriers to progression
-
Ethnically minoritised communities
-
Refugees and migrants
-
Individuals experiencing low confidence or mental health challenges
